All customers who shop from Öztürk Tekstil are deemed to have accepted the Warranty and Return conditions written below.

one )  You can return the product you have received within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery without using, destroying/destroying it. With a petition containing the product, delivery note, product invoice and the reason for the return, we will send you to our address under the name of Öztürk Tekstil.  You can return it. Please note that the return of the products that have not received their waybill and invoice will not be accepted.

2nd)  You have to open and check the packages that you think were damaged during the shipment in front of the cargo officer from whom you received them. If there is any damage to the product, do not take delivery of the product by keeping a report with the cargo company. Do not forget that after the delivery of the product, the cargo company has accepted that it has fully fulfilled its duty.

3)  The customer is obliged to return the product as it was when it was delivered to him, and in case of use, to compensate for the loss in the commercial value of the goods due to use.
4) The fee will be refunded to your credit card within 10 working days at the latest after the product is received in full, together with all copies of the invoice and the petition stating the reason for the return.

What Should I Do for Wrong Shipment and Wrong Product Shipments?

If the order you requested was sent to you differently due to the reason arising during the shipment, you can send the product you received to the recipient address of Öztürk Tekstil via Aras Cargo within 3 working days. Your requested original product will be sent to you within 7 working days.
